You conclude your own individual employment contracts
For companies, private households and startups, who would like to conclude their own employment contracts – but no longer want to worry about salary payments, OASI deductions, child allowances, insurances and everything to do with salaries.
Since PayrollPlus AG pays out the salary, PayrollPlus is obliged to pay the OASI contributions.
Working time, duration of the assignment, etc. must be defined in writing
For companies, who wish to employ freelancers/employees via staff leasing.
It is mandatory that the employer concludes a contract with PayrollPlus pursuant to AVG Art. 22.
The contract pursuant to AVG Art. 19 is concluded between PayrollPlus and the freelancer/employee.
Invoice assignment as dependent freelancer
For freelancers/contractors, who wish to invoice orders as employees of PayrollPlus via the Onlinetool.
The employment contract in accordance with OR 319. is concluded between PayrollPlus AG and the freelancer. The client receives an invoice (B2B) from PayrollPlus AG for the work performed by the freelancer/contractor.
You can enter your data and your employees yourself or send it to us and we will enter the data for your employees for you in our system.

Booking the total wage costs that you transfer to PayrollPlus
You can book the total wage costs as own-account personnel, but then book them including social benefits. You do not have to keep two accounts, one for wages and one for social contributions.
Otherwise, you can also book it as external personnel, just as you currently book the external employees of e.g. personnel service providers.
Working with PayrollPlus does not change anything in your employment contracts with your employees. If required, you can also run the employment contracts through PayrollPlus.
If you would like to take your insurances with you, we can integrate them with us. You can also easily benefit from our interesting group insurance policies. There is no need to cancel your existing policies. You simply report that you no longer pay out salaries and you no longer have to pay premiums.
You must still independently report the salaries that you have already paid to your employees to the AHV, KTG, BVG and UVG. For these salaries paid out, you must prepare the salary statement yourself and are also responsible for the employer’s social security contributions. Do you also want us to handle these salaries for you? Then we would be happy to work out a solution for you.
Since we pay the salary, we are therefore also responsible for the accident and sickness insurance, your employees must report the accident and sickness to us.
In the case of an accident, the employees must state SUVA as the insurance company and PayrollPlus as the employer and we make the accident report.
In the case of sickness, the doctor’s certificate must be sent to us, we report it to the insurance company and calculate the daily sickness benefit after the waiting period.
That’s no problem at all. We apply for the permit for employees from abroad, do the withholding tax accounting for you and also take care of the child allowances. You don’t have to worry about anything.
You don’t have to. Since we pay the salary, we also hold the responsibility for OASI and withholding tax. We take care of everything for you. Included are payslips, salary statements, OASI statements and all other 20 salary-related tasks. With the transfer of the total salary costs, you get rid of everything.
