The employment contract in accordance with OR 319. is concluded between PayrollPlus AG and the freelancer. The client receives an invoice (B2B) from PayrollPlus AG for the work performed by the freelancer/contractor.
Invoice assignment as independent freelancer
For freelancers, who wish to be self-employed. With this model, we are not legally considered an employer according to the confirmation letter from the Federal Social Insurance Office.
Payment is made without OASI/UI deductions.
