PayrollPlus for Freelancers
Freelancers can use our payroll platform to bill projects worldwide, ensuring they are legally employed and socially insured. Clients transfer the total amount to the Swiss payroll platform for freelancers instead of paying invoices directly to the freelancers (which can pose a risk of false self-employment). With PayrollPlus, freelancers don’t have to worry about payroll administration, insurance, or AHV contributions. In addition to traditional personnel leasing, we also offer flexible employment under the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR), allowing you to bill by the hour, day, or month, or even at a flat rate, depending on your needs.

For freelancers, who would like to be employed via staff leasing according to the AVG Art. 19.
The company/client must conclude an employment contract with PayrollPlus in accordance with AVG Art. 22 . The employment contract in accordance with AVG Art. 19 is concluded between PayrollPlus and the freelancer.

Yes. In addition to the freelancer model, PayrollPlus offers a solution for SMEs. Here’s how it works: the company continues to hire its staff directly, but lets PayrollPlus handle salary payments, gaining the full payroll package and its many advantages.
The invoice is sent to your clients via the online tool. Once PayrollPlus receives the payment, you’ll be notified. After you submit your working hours in the tool, we transfer your salary to you within 1–2 days.
