SME Salary Package
Rates are applied to the total annual labor costs for all employees.
PAY GRADE A
(up to 19 employees)
up to CHF 200,000 – 3%
from CHF 200,000 – 2%
from CHF 400,000 – 1%
- Minimum margin per pay period: 50.00 CHF
PAY GRADE B
(19 or more employees)
Fixed price per payroll between CHF 50 and CHF 200 (depending on the amount of work involved and the total payroll).
