Entitlement for unemployment benefits as PLC/LLC owner

Being owner of an PLC or LLC you are obliged to pay contribution to the unemployment benefits fund. But in a worst case scenario – for  instance lack of orders – you have no right to recieve any benefits. Only, if your PLC or LLC is liquidated or sold you are entitled to recieve unemployment benefits.

Entitlement to unemployment benefits with PayrollPlus

You may apply for unemployment benefits at the responsible RAV/unemployment office, because you are not within an employer similar position at PayrollPlus. However it is required that you have recieved at least 6 months of salary payments by PayrollPlus. Your entitlement will be audited individually, until now there is no act of parliament regarding this new scheme.
